The old Amqui depot/tower stood about where the control box to the right of the lead locomotive is. The L & N sold the building to Johnny Cash (there is a scene in Cash's "Riding the Rails" special that was filmed at Amqui) and the singer moved it to his "House of Cash" museum in nearby Hendersonville, TN. The building has since been given to the Madison Chamber of Commerce and now resides a couple of miles south of this location near MP 178.
