Description:  The storm has fully developed by now. I stopped to explore Willard Yard and as you can see its almost impossible to see much,BUT, I had to shoot this. I work in So. Philly Pa. and I believe this engine was parked in the tank car transfer yard on Oregon Ave. If so what are the chances I drive 475 miles, take a left on some unknown street and see this parked on a siding!
