Album Info:This Canadian National mixed freight was taking the wye from the former EJE mainline onto the CN mainline in downtown Griffith, IN this late Friday morning in November. The wye is great for trainspotting since they usually take it a little slower than normal and you can get fairly close as they roll by. A few of the cars in the consist were minor surprises, rare for the area. I have included some examples of the rarer ones as well as a few common carriers for the modelers. I also liked a few of the graffiti art works that rolled by - even though I still think they should be working on canvases rather than boxcar sides!
