Description:  The 3 P.M. Santa Claus Express rolls down the Midland Railway Main behind their Katy RS3M near Station Sign Nowhere. The combine car behind the caboose is CNW 441, built for the Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha Railway in 1898. The CStPM&O was also known as the "Omaha Road", and Union Pacific still retains their AAR Reporing Mark, CMO, for use on rolling stock.

Description:  A NS Crew returns 14 units to UP Armourdale Yard from NS Avondale Yard in North Kansas City. 11 engines of these were C40-8s that had been leased to the NS for the past year or so, each sporting a really clean area on the cab where the "NS LEASE" decal had previously been.

Title:  UPY 2654 - RPI RP20GE
Description:  RailPower Genset sits outside MAC 4 months and 1 day after it went in, after receiving a little mechanical modification. This engine started life in 11-78 as a GE B23-7, MP 2318, then became MP 4629, and UP 129. It was retired and rebuilt in 2007. From the frame down it looks much like its former self, but I sure wish it was still a B23-7.

Title:  Southbound UP Auto Train
Description:  Rolling down the BNSF Ft Scott Sub. UP Train AAMSA 30 on its way to San Antonio. This train will run as the AAMKB at times. KB stands for Kirby, TX, and is a yard in San Antonio that this train is symboled for part of the time, but switches back and forth between KB and SA. On the right is I-35 with rush hour traffic headed out of Kansas City. This was shot from the College Boulevard overpass.
