Description:  Theres a spot south of Bridgeview on the Tri State where the IHB comes close to the highway. I happened on this IHB transfer as it passed that point. Traffic was slow, so was able to hold up the camera and fire away.

Description:  I was driving through Panama City on my way back from Tampa, pulling up at the light outside the port. I looked over, and saw this-an Alco S type working inside the fence. Nice looking power, and I was fortunate to be there at the right moment.

Description:  The Port of Panama City Alco sits in the shade during a break in the action. Who would have guessed an S 1 still in service at this date, though it looks like it may have been modified somewhere along the way. Note the typical Alco radiator intake has been blanked, and a new vent installed on the nose.
