Description:  A thunderstorm rolls through Dacatur at the same as KCS 4681 south. With TFM 1649 dead and sander issues on the remaining two units, the engineer reports their speed of 1/2 mph to the dispatcher as they claw through town.

Description:  Having just met UP 6842 south, KCS 2022 is about to depart north with 4 dead SD40-2s in tow. Behind them are UP 8210 and 5665, cut off from an empty coal train, they're about to add 5665 as the second rear dpu on the loaded coal train stopped on the main just out from view.
