Description:  For those of you that can tell the significance of this without even needing to see the number I congradulate you. CP 490 glides upgrade past 18.9 with over 100 cars and quite the leader. Ditchlights give away the heritage as SOO Line, plying its former home rails with two SD60 brothers, and for once, IN THE LEAD!
