Description:  Empty coal train led by five GM&O units on the EJ&E. I believe these trains went to a power plant in northern Indiana, but not sure. Does anyone know how they were routed? Description:  BRC 471 is in the small CSS&SB interchange yard just north of State Line tower. This is actually BRC 471:2, rebuilt in 1958 from BRC 471:1, which I assume was wrecked - the rebuild got a new serial number. Interestingly, the BRC specified solid bearing trucks on these units; probably the only non-roller bearing Blomberg trucks you've ever seen. Date of photo approximate.
