Description:  A former Milwaukee Road "bandit" GP40 sits at the head of a quartet of SD60s on the south side of the engine service area at Pig's Eye. The fluttering wind socket is indicative of the sharp winds blowing at the head of a band of rain approaching St. Paul this day.
