Viewing Album:  Tamping of the Millstone Industrial Track

Album Info:This album shows tamping of parts of the Millstone Industrial Track. The tamping was necessary to repair the ballast. Work was done by Tracks Unlimited, a N.J., company that does this type of work. I was given permission to photograph the work. New Brunswick, NJ is in Middlesex County. The work being done here was coimcides with my first album of this Industrial Track. The ground had shifted in winter, had to be raised and ballast added in August 2019
