Description:  Although still labeled "Pennsylvania", photographer Forrest Trittenbach labeled this as a Penn Central unit during the early transition into the merged company. Built by EMD in August of 1952 as PRR #9869, it wore its last number as 4369. The location was not identified nor was a actual date given for the photo.
