Description:  Iconic photo at a small town train station at the turn of the century. This plucky locomotive was one of four built by the Illinois Central Paducah Shops in 1888 to serve the growing passenger needs. Specs - class 1901, 69" drivers, 150 psi boiler pressure, engine weight 96,100 lb, tractive effort 14,369 lb. This is definitely a newer photo copy from the original negative. Unknown photographer.
