Album Info:On April 25, 1948, the Northbound IC train Sun Chaser traveling on the SLSF (Frisco) track left the rail on a curve just West (north) of Adamsville, Al. Several cars went down the mountain side. Two were killed and 31 injured. Thanks to Jeff Murphree for finding these AP wirephotos.
