Album Info:Here is a one-page article by Mr. Gus Welty entitled "Pennsy Underpass." It was published originally in the June 1957 issue of "Model Railroader" magazine, page 33. "At Radebaugh, Pa., a secondary road ducks under (with substandard clearance of 8'-9") three of the Pennsy's mainline tracks, then climbs up to cross the fourth at grade. Adjacent features: steps, signal bridge, and tunnels."
