Description:  GP38 used for locomotive engineer training. In the background is the "0000 dash 2" - a bulkhead pulpwood car equipped with a 567B permanently "coupled" (attached) to an EMD LFM truck. Yes, it was operable, mostly just moved in and out of the building. Note the air horn.
