Album Info:Since 1977, Conrail used a combination of GP7's and GP30's to supplement the numerous ex-RDG SW1500's to handle the yard chores at Abrams. In August, 1978, a GP30 and GP7 pair were handling the switching. That day, former RDG FP7's roared through Abrams on their weekday Septa push-pull run. Almost a year later in June, 1979 the switching duties strangely changed. A big U33C (ex-EL 3302) teamed up with GP9B 3826 to work the yard. That day, former RDG FP7's again roared through Abrams on their weekday Septa push-pull run.
