BNSF 2265
Title:  BNSF 2265
Description:  BNSF 2265 proving this would be a challenging day at the station for photography - the dense fog was limiting visibility to less than 50 feet at times, temperatures hovering at 37°F with far too much wind for this amount of fog. The stiff breezes would allow very brief _almost_ breaks in the fog with visibility shooting up to a couple hundred feet before dropping instantly back down.

BNSF 8837
Title:  BNSF 8837
Description:  BNSF 8837 as three-of-three leading a north-shifting to east-bound mixed freight in Vancouver. As a side note, I admit to making fun of our weather a little... maybe a lot... around here in the Pacific Northwest - but giving credit due where needed - I presume theres not necessarily a lot of places that take green grass (albeit water-logged) in the middle of January as a given.

AMTK 466
Title:  AMTK 466
Description:  AMTK 466 pushing from the rear on a southbound Cascades shuffling quickly across the Columbia River Bridge in Vancouver - shes still sporting her whiskers from the last time we saw her in Vancouver. To answer the question about what color the Columbia River Train Bridge is, for those trying to model her, I believe its called "Moldy Gray" available at only your finest hobby stores. The good news is its proof of our green way of life up here where we have the highest recycling rates of almost any other location in the continental USA.

BNSF 7445
Title:  BNSF 7445
Description:  BNSF 7445 back on the move after crew change moving along the east wye passing along the BNSF tower/office. And according to this official looking piece of paper received from a group of lawyers on behalf of the Vancouver, WA Depart of Commerce and Tourism, I have to point out: "Hark! Look! In those giant puddles! Its a CLEAR reflection. This means it _never_ rains here in Vancouver. Come, visit, bring your friends, bring your neighbors, bring your out-of-state money and visit LOVELY, *NEVER* RAINS HERE, Vancouver, WA - USA." This message was completely unsolicited and made completely of my own free-will and choice, not because I have an official looking piece of paper with the names of no less than seventeen lawyers right here in my hands. Ahem. Right.

UP 5525 - UP 3568 - UP 3741 - CP 8571
Title:  UP 5525 - UP 3568 - UP 3741 - CP 8571
Description:  UP 5525 - UP 3568 - UP 3741 - CP 8571 pulling a string of covered hoppers up and out of the lower yard area and heading south (not north as guessed when this consist was lasts seen back on the reversing loop... then again, I believe south is the only direction possible coming out of the lower yard).

Description:  AMTK Mt Bachelor snail head proving that just when you think rail transportation has gotten as ugly as possible, someone lowers the bar... But check out that blue sky and sun! In Vancouver - in February! (Hideous enough they don’t want to put a registry number on her.)
