Description:  Caught P74 with an epic lashup for 2015. This would be the last time I would get to see the 7074 in action. In about a week after this was taken, it left SC and went to Altoona.

Description:  NS 945 crosses over the Coosa River at Riverside, AL. The lead unit is one of only 11 high hood SD40-2 units left on the roster. At peak strength NS had over 300+ high hood 6 axle units of various makes and models. It has now dwindled down to just 10 units, all of former N&W ancestry when this image was posted 10/30/2018
