All were built by GM-EMD and rated at 1,500 horsepower each. #9640 is an EF-15A built in March of 1950. They've just passed the Brick Plant with a fully-loaded mineral train, and are about to pass SLOPE Tower on their way to the Eastbound Receiving Yards in Altoona.
