Description:  I came upon this locomotive with a friend! They were switching Lake State's Saginaw Yard! This ex SOO SD60's lettering has miraculously been "Restored" once again! Thank You Lake State! Hopefully it will stay like this! This is the best picture I got of it that night and I hope to catch it again! Last time I saw CEFX 6020 was on a CN train in Holly, MI, 3-30-2019! This is what it looked like a few months prior seen on Photo ID # 5186674 (Mamiya C220 Medium Format camera, Kodak Portra 160 print film)
