Description:  The James Strates carnival train, the last of its kind in the USA, makes its annual return to their home base in Taft. The train is running thru the siding, but will turn at Stanton & back into the Strates facilities. I'm sure the crew had fun in the cab setup of the Southern engine, not a common sight on this end of CSX.
