Running towards Celina
Title:  Running towards Celina
Description:  An RJ Corman train heads west toward Celina on a fall day in 2010. GP16 1731 is actually the end of the train and even carries a red flag in its coupler to mark its role.

My solo shot in Ohio, so far.
Title:  My solo shot in Ohio, so far.
Description:  While tracking to Eldora on Saturday evening, I spotted this unit with a few cars. So when we left on Sunday, we made our way to it, and this is as close as I could get!

RJCR 1731 and FURX 5577
Title:  RJCR 1731 and FURX 5577
Description:  I decided to head up to Husky Refinery to see if RJ Corman had arrived. And sure, enough they had. I had a small gap in traffic to take their photo. But as I was I realized I had made a huge mistake as I heard horns from the IORY Tracks. Not sure why I didnt just bail at this point but I decided to wait around as it seemed a little too early to be the LSL leaving.

RJCR 1731
Title:  RJCR 1731
Description:  The train began to move rather quickly so I decided it was best to jump ahead to the first bracket signal just east of the small lake community of Villa Nova, OH. I parked in the parking lot of the Villa Nova Gas Station, and not too soon after, RJC 1731, with a great sounding RS5T, rolled past the first of 3 bracket masts left along the line.

RJCR 1731
Title:  RJCR 1731
Description:  Just down from the regular stick signal was the 2nd of 3 brackets. This one still faces the tracks just a bit, so it was absolutely necessary to get this one, even if it meant missing the next one a mile down.

Description:  To my absolute relief, the train had to stop in Buckland to work the grain elevator, which allowed me to get back ahead and get the 3rd and final bracket, along with the grain elevator.
