Delivered to Burlington Northern as BN 6305 SD40 in October 1971 this unit would be retired in April 1991 and sold to Helm then rebuilt as an SD40-3 or SD40M-3 or SD40M-2 or SD40-3CLC depending on the source but whatever it's called it's definitely been rebuilt. After Helm this diesel was later sold to Grupo Transportacion Ferroviaria Mexicana as TFM 1513. |
