AMARILLO TX Oct 8 1988 -- Burlington Northern GP38-2 2151 awaits an assignment. END built the unit as Fort Worth & Denver 2151 (b/n 796299-2) in June 1980. Note different color rectangular patch above the front of the lead truck where the letters FW&D have been painted over. It became BNSF 2372 on Dec 2 1999 and was repainted to BNSF heritage paint on Sept 13 2000.
